BR Bistro and Bar is currently seeking a skilled and experienced sous chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth running of culinary operations.
Responsibilities:- Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating- Ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Bartender

BR Bistro and Bar is a popular restaurant located in main street, known for its delicious food and great drinks. We are currently looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.
As a bartender at BR Bistro and Bar, you will be responsible for:
- Mixing and serving drinks to our customers- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink orders- Providing food recommendations and knowledge of the menu to customers as well as serving the table
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar- Strong knowledge of various types of beer, wine, and spirits- Excellent communication and customer service skills- A friendly and outgoing personality- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene- Knowledge of the restaurant's food offerings and the ability to provide recommendations.
